As a site member (always free), you have complete control over your notification frequency for different groups and the site itself. Look at the upper right corner of the page and you will see your personal drop-down menu. Choose Account settings, and choose the settings tab. You will see Notifications and a list that you can turn on or off.
In addition to notification control, the site is invitation only. The groups are also invitation only. So, our hope is that this will minimize any spam, and of course we will be monitoring group activity. If anyone goes off-topic for a group (politics, religion, personal relationships, food, etc...) they could be banned from a group discussion.

We currently are not a non-profit organization, but we also are not trying to make money at this. We are an all-volunteer organization that attempts to promote electronics and programming literacy for all ages of adults that have an interest.
Kits are provided at near-cost after bundling in taxes and shipping (both included in the price). Ask about discounts if shipping is not needed (pickup available for local orders).

Grandpa does not know your password and has no way of retrieving it (by design). This is for your security. However, you can use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page and this will allow you to reset your password, using the email on file.
